A few days ago, during the Hanashi event, one of our Cascabeleros, Miguel De Sa, mentioned that the motto of Cascabel Companies is Stories, Community, and Experience. We realized that we had never officially announced it.
Cascabel has experienced significant growth in recent years thanks to the quality of our services and products, as well as the professionalism of our team. However, another crucial factor in our success has been our community, all those people who have contributed to making our work the best in the world.
That’s why, on our path to expansion, it is essential to maintain these three ingredients as part of our philosophy:
Stories: It’s amazing how much knowledge can be gained simply by listening to and sharing stories. Many of you have incredible stories to tell, and we want to learn more about you, just as we want to share our story with you. Together, we can learn from each other’s experiences and continue to grow.
Community: We recognize that a significant part of our growth comes from our community, so it would be a mistake not to seek to expand, care for, and nurture it. For this reason, we are always looking for ways to give back to our community, through initiatives like Cascabel Give Back, where we gift a music video to an emerging talent, or our anniversary and Halloween parties, where we enjoy scares and laughter together. Now, with Hanashi, we explore new knowledge, learn from others’ experiences, and engage in idea-sharing.
Experience: Furthermore, we aim to provide you with a memorable experience. We want that when you visit us and participate in our Cascabel activities, it’s not something that just happened and was forgotten, but rather something that you remember as an experience that stirred emotions and sensations in you.
With all that said, ladies and gentlemen, we make it official: Stories, Community, and Experience are our official motto at Cascabel Companies, and now you know why.
