The Studio Host Supervisor is the person who mainly assists clients during check-in and check-out.
Is responsible for answering any questions the clients may have.
Responsibilities include:
Studio Walk-Through.
Check and reply to e-mails.
Processing orders & payments.
Manage Google Calendar.
Create agreements for the day.
Create rental equipment/props contracts.
Sign off on equipment/props contracts.
Handling Photo + Video equipment
Painting, Heavy lifting & Studio clean-up
Lastly, is responsible to oversee that all studio spaces (and the facilities) are as safe, functional, and as clean as possible.
This is an entry-level position for someone looking to learn & grow as a creator.
